HOW CAN YOU OFFER SUCH LOW PRICES?

We source our products globally to provide you with the best products at the lowest prices without sacrificing quality. Because items in your order can be shipped by multiple warehouses, your order might arrive in separate packages.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME?

USA and Canada 10 business days (expect delays during COVID-19)
Australia 9 - 13 days 
Europe 10 - 21 days
Rest of World 10 - 23 days


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on most products. Items listed below are not eligible for a refund for hygiene reasons:

  • Bras
  • Nipple Covers
  • Hosiery
  • Breast or Butt Enhancers

CANCEL ORDER POLICY

Once your order is confirmed, you have one hour to cancel it. Send an email to support@captaingadgetusa.com with your order number. The status will change to 'Cancelled' and you'll receive a confirmation email. 
After that time, you can just return the items to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

If you wish to modify your order, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead.

WHY DIDN'T MY ORDER ARRIVE IN ONE PACKAGE?

Your items might arrive in separate packages because we have multiple warehouses in US and China. Each package has a separate tracking number and you can check the status of your entire order 24/7 through your Order Status page. Your Order Status page link is on the confirmation email or text message you received after you ordered. Please send an email to support@captaingadgetusa.com if you have any order tracking issues. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

If you initiate your return on an eligible item within 14 days of delivery, upon receipt of the returned product, we will process your refund equal 100% of the purchase price minus any shipping charges within 2 business days. Please note depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 7 business days for funds to appear on your account.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

To initiate a cancellation before your order has been fulfilled, please email support@captaingadgetusa.com as soon as possible so we can attempt to cancel your order. Once your order has been fulfilled, we are unable to cancel.
